Participation to the Co-summit

Participation to the Co-summit is free of charge for current ARTEMIS-IA Members, ITEA Partners and Bodies and for Public Authorities.
There is an entrance fee of € 450 (VAT included) for those who are not part of one of these communities. 

For participation to the Co-summit dinner, there is a contribution fee of € 50, VAT included (Public Authorities representatives and other guests of honour are excluded from this fee)

The Co-summit invitation reminder of 27-01-2015 stated " the registration deadline is 13 February 2015 (subject to availability)"
Please note that the Co-summit 2015 registration is now closed due to reaching the maximum capacity.

Changes, substitutions and participants list

All registered participants of the Co-summit 2015 will be able to login to the restricted participant area. In this area you can change or update your registration details and have access to the participants list. Only participants who agreed to be included in the list will be visible.

If for some reason you would like to cancel your registration for the Co-summit 2015, you can login at the top of this website, then go to tab Community, click My Event Registrations, choose the current event and finally click on the cancel-registration-link.

Requests for attendance of substitute delegates must be sent per e-mail to the Co-summit Office.
