For the development of the Project Leaflet use the structured template. The example leaflet in the template shows which input has to be provided. This makes it easier to send us the necessary input. The draft text input will be edited by our dedicated copywriter (at no cost) who also will use the template to structure the Project Profile leaflets. We will take care of the lay-out and will send the edited version to you for approval.
A structured and consistent leaflet is important because it will help visitors (e.g. Public Authorities) to find the necessary information as all the Project Leaflets have the same look & feel.
Note that the deadline for sending your leaflet input is 01 October 2013, after that, we cannot guarantee the production of your leaflets.
ARTEMIS-JU projects of Call 2009 and Call 2010 and Call 2011 are invited to provide us with updates of the leaflets as presented at the 2012 Co-summit event in Paris. These final PDF-files (version 2013) are also available on the ARTEMIS Website on the Project pages.
ARTEMIS-JU projects of Call 2012 projects are invited to deliver a draft text and an image proposal for the new Project Leaflet to be designed.
Please be aware of the links in the chain for producing the leaflets. We need time to print and ship the material. For your convenience you can find the planning below.

Please provide us with the text, visual(s) and logo’s as described below:
Add appealing picture(s) and keep in mind that we prefer NOT to show a visual of people with the product/application you are providing the technology for. As soon as an image of a product is published, the device is already ‘out-dated’. Therefore our advice to choose images which go ‘back-to-the-basics’ (e.g. as used in the SRA 2011 Book, ARTEMIS Book of Successes).
Be concise, where possible, use the active voice and as much as possible in a 3rd person style. Use max 800-950 words.
Please keep in mind that the readers of the leaflet do not necessarily have a technical background (e.g. public funding authorities, press, etc.), so needs and results should be expressed in terms of benefits to ‘the man in the street’.
Note that the subheadings given in the template describe the content of each section, but more appealing project-specific headings are required.
