Participation to the ARTEMIS Technology Conference 2015 is free of charge for current ARTEMIS-IA Members and for Public Authorities.
For other participants an entrance fee of € 200 (VAT included) applies.
Registration deadline for the event and networking dinner is 29 September | subject to availability.
On Tuesday 6 October a networking dinner will take place at restaurant Villa Somis. Please note that seat availability is limited. The fee for participation in this dinner is € 50 (VAT included) and is not refundable. When opting for the dinner in the registration form, a payment module will be started. Your registration for the dinner will only be processed once you have actually made the payment. Public Authorities and other guests of honour are excluded from the dinner fee.
All registered participants of the ARTEMIS Technology Conference 2015 will be able to login to the restricted participant area. In this area you can change or update your registration details and have access to the participants list. Only participants who agreed to be included in the list will be visible.
If for some reason you would like to cancel your registration for the event, you can login at the top of this website, then go to tab Community, click My Event Registrations, choose the current event and finally click on the cancel-registration-link.
