General information

The pictures of the ARTEMIS Brokerage Event 2016 can be viewed here.

In 2016, ECSEL Joint Undertaking will open its third Call. ARTEMIS Industry Association organises the ARTEMIS Brokerage Event 2016 in Strasbourg to help with the drafting of project proposals and finding the right consortium partners. About 250 participants from all over Europe are expected to attend this event.

On day one we will focus specifically on Embedded & Cyber-Physical Systems within this ECSEL Call, while on day two we will look into collaborations in a broader scope such as the H2020 Calls. In addition to the umbrella projects within the ECSEL scope, covering Smart Systems and Nano-electronics, other funding possibilities for Embedded & Cyber-Physical System projects will be highlighted, such as collaborations with other Public Private Partners.

ECSEL Joint Undertaking Brokerage

To serve the community best, ARTEMIS-IA decided to co-locate it's Brokerage with the ECSEL-JU Brokerage. The ARTEMIS Brokerage focusses more on the Cyber-Physical Systems part of the ECSEL call, yet also includes other relevant calls within the H2020 programme. The ECSEL-JU Brokerage will have a broader focus on Components and Systems and will pay special attention to ‘Lighthouse’ proposals within ECSEL.

The ARTEMIS Brokerage will end at noon on the 27th of January, followed by a combined lunch with ECSEL Joint Undertaking. The ECSEL-JU Brokerage event starts at 13h00 and will continue on Thursday 28 January 2016.

What is the ARTEMIS Brokerage Event

It is an event that provides the opportunity to meet consortium partners and draft project proposals with the starting consortia. It also provides an important indication for Public Authorities to sense the field of interest in advance. Furthermore, it informs on the Multi-Annual Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda 2016 (MASRIA), which has been prepared by the three industry associations in ECSEL and is the basis for the Multi-Annual Strategic Plan 2016 (MASP) of ECSEL-JU.

How to make the best out of the ARTEMIS Brokerage Event

Prior to the Brokerage Event, we invite all participants to make their project ideas known via the ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool. You can also gather the content for the Project Idea Poster via this web tool. Use the ARTEMIS Pre-Brokerage poster example to create a poster. Consortia that have uploaded their idea in the ARTEMIS Project Idea Tool will have the opportunity to:

  1. Present their idea in the plenary session in a short project pitch (5 min) to promote their poster.
  2. Get poster space to further generate interest during the poster session (after project pitches).
  3. Get a reserved meeting space during the break-out session (tables).
